Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Construction Law
- Minimum 14 years’ experience in construction industry
- Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial management, cost control & budgeting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual matters for assigned projects
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, claims, and variations
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
- Provide commercial advice to project teams and management
