Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Construction Law
  • Minimum 14 years’ experience in construction industry
  • Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial management, cost control & budgeting
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial and contractual matters for assigned projects
  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, claims, and variations
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams and management
