**Job Description:**
The Commercial Manager - Pacific will be responsible supporting the project management teams in CDM Constructors’ Pacific region, primarily projects in California. The role will support negotiation, setup, and implementation of all contracts necessary for a successful project, as well as communications with the client and with subcontractors and suppliers. The position will also evaluate project risks, and support transfer and/or mitigation of such risks where possible.
Contract Administration and Management: The candidate must understand and be knowledgeable in project delivery systems, contracting strategies, and typical contract forms and terms. The role will provide training to the project teams on contract requirements and key clauses.
