Job Description
Our established M&E services installer is seeking a Commercial Manager.
The role will suit a Commercial Manager who has proven experience/success in the running and completing of multiple projects, developing and maintaining relationships with Clients.
Our client will also consider applications from Senior Estimator/QS candidates looking for promotion.
Salary: depending on relevant industry experience – disclosed at registration
Location: Rochester – no hybrid working
Sites: London, mainly based within M25
Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am to 5pm
1 hour lunch break

This role will be Head of Commercial (electrical) for the company working closely with the MD and Mechanical Commercial Manager - with 1 direct report - a trainee/apprentice QS. The work is new build residential, mainly apartments (high-rise). Project values currently range from £100k ...
