Engagement : Freelance Outside IR35

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join a subcontractor who specialises in groundworks.

Experience required for this Commercial Manager role:



  • Experience in Groundworks


  • Ability to commercially manage contracts from award to final 


  • Strong capability in pricing variations, valuations and cost control


  • Experience handling multiple projects concurrently

    Commercially astute and confident working with site and senior management
