Site Based between Bedfordshire and Hemel Hempstead
Outside IR35 , rate depending on experience
Commercial lead on a high-value, prestigious infrastructure project. You will have full commercial governance under NEC forms of contract
Primary client-facing commercial interface, managing relationships with key stakeholders
Commercial management of large-scale earthworks and enabling works packages
Leadership of change control, compensation events, and contractual compliance
Strong focus on value generation, risk management, and margin protection
Commercial strategy development aligned with programme and delivery objectives
