Role Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Managing Director to join their offshore marine services business. The Commercial Managing Director is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy, aligning with the group’s global goals and KPIs. This role integrates full accountability for both regional business management and commercial performance. The Commercial MD manages the region in its entirety—driving sales and growth, overseeing operations, negotiating contracts, managing key clients, and ensuring delivery of favorable commercial outcomes. The role carries full responsibility for the P&L, balance sheet, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
