We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our client's after-sales team. This is a long-term mission where you will play a key role in supporting sales and commercial operations by modernizing customer service processes.


As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, coordinating logistics, adapting technical databases related to the system used by the company, collaborating with internal departments such as marketing and customer service, ensuring contract renewal while promoting ongoing promotions.


To succeed in this role, you should have commercial work experience or similar professional background along with good knowledge of Excel. Proficiency in French is required with B2 level in German (ability to hold conversations). Key personal qualities for success include social responsibility and intellectual curiosity.
