Commercial Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Commercial Operations Manager to support and strengthen operational performance across ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), with potential to expand responsibilities into the broader Asia-Pacific region based on success in the role.

This role plays a critical part in enabling the Protective Packaging business to improve processes, enhance profitability, and optimize planning. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, the Commercial Operations Manager will provide strong operational leadership, analysis, and project management to support strategic commercial decision-making.
