Role Overview
The Commercial Operations Executive – Beauty will support the day-to-day operational excellence of the Beauty category at noon. This role is ideal for a junior profile who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve seller and content-related issues. The role plays a key part in ensuring sellers are onboarded smoothly, product content is optimized, and inventory remains live and sale-ready on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Seller & Marketplace Operations
- Actively resolve Marketplace (MP) seller issues by coordinating with internal teams including Seller Support, Warehouse (WH), Content, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of seller-related operational blockers impacting live listings or sales performance.
Content & Catalog Management
- Support content enhancement initiatives, including content scraping, enrichment, and continuous improvement of product listings.
- Ensure attribute completion and content accuracy for new, trending products and Virtual Bundles (VBs) in the Beauty category.
- Maintain high catalog quality standards in line with noon guidelines to improve discoverability and conversion.
Inventory & Platform Health
- Proactively resolve PS box issues, ensuring no inventory remains offline due to content gaps, system errors, or operational issues.
- Work closely with WH and content teams to unblock inventory and maintain platform availability.
Seller Onboarding & Content Creation
- Support new seller onboarding, ensuring sellers are guided through required steps for successful go-live.
- Assist with content creation and listing setup for new sellers, ensuring compliance with category and platform standards.
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain trackers for ongoing issues, content status, onboarding progress, and resolved cases.
- Highlight recurring issues, process gaps, or improvement opportunities to the Commercial Ops or Category team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplace support, or a similar role (Beauty experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume marketplace environment.
