Sales Performance

  • Manage the annual budget process (analysis, proposal, communication, monitoring) in partnership with Finances as well as definition of commercial KPIS.
  • Develop relevant tools for measures individual and boutique contribution and performance (monthly / weekly dashboard, ad-hoc reports as needed)
  • Weekly estimates preparation
  • Strategically review and plan commission schemes, ensuring they are designed to effectively enhance team productivity and are aligned with overall business goals and team capabilities
  • Boost sales dynamic by implementing and monitoring action plans
  • Ensure HK Operation team support to Store Managers and Partners on stock and replenishment needs for boutiques (IB/EB) and POS.
