About the job:

B.TECH is seeking a " Commercial Planning Supervisor" to drive key commercial initiatives and optimize performance across our business. In this role, you will analyze performance data, enhance commercial strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run full business analytical reporting that drives all commercial KPIs
  • Support and develop the sector’s protocol
  • Govern all major e-commerce tactical KPIs across all business models
  • Govern pricing efficiency, Sellers’ Perf; in-stock and assortment growth
  • Ensure that B.TECH consistently provides customers with the appropriate products at the most competitive prices, delivered to the correct location
  • Develop and optimize processes to streamline the business.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and models that will help enhance performance in the commercial function
  • Understand all your markets, vendors and customers, bringing valuable insights and convictions to support your data-driven commercial recommendations
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, covering both a broad overview and in-depth insights, to facilitate informed reporting on performance across various categories, ultimately resulting in actionable recommendations
  • Own the management of the merchandising of our website, strategically enhancing the positioning of our products to align with every aspect of B.TECH's overall strategy
  • Working collaboratively across different departments to facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and ensure precise execution

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial planning, business analytics, e-commerce, or retail strategy.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and business reporting.
    • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, assortment planning, and inventory management.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
    • Ability to translate data insights into actionable commercial strategies.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
    • Experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce operations is a plus.
