Commercial Plumber

Commercial Plumber - $20-$40/hr - DOE

We are currently hiring Commercial Plumbers with 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the San Diego Area.

Plumber Duties:

· Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and gas lines in commercial and industrial buildings.

· Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine layout of plumbing systems.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using specialized tools and inspection equipment.

· Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades (HVAC, electrical, construction) to complete projects on time and within code.

· Adhere strictly to local plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.

· Complete job documentation using tablets or job tracking software.

· Respond to emergency service calls when needed.

Plumber Requirements:

· Experience in commercial or industrial plumbing

· Valid state plumbing license or journeyman card (required)

· Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and local codes

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

· Proficiency with commercial plumbing tools (press-fit, jetters, pipe threaders, etc.)

Compensation:

· Competitive starting pay $20 - $40/hr or depending on experience
