Position Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Rivn's commercial office portfolio. This includes tenant relations, vendor management and coordination, financial oversight, and leasing coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically capable, organized, and comfortable interacting with tenants, contractors, and ownership.

You will oversee daily operations, vendor management, tenant services, basic leasing support, and coordination of small capital projects. This role is ideal for a driven individual who wants broad exposure and career growth within a fast-scaling owner-operator platform.
