SW Refrigeration is seeking two skilled and experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, including ice machines, across a variety of client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all aspects of commercial refrigeration equipment, including ice machines.

• Perform planned maintenance that clearly demonstrates the value of ongoing service programs.

• Identify and report on service issues during routine maintenance to reduce emergency calls.

• Spot equipment misapplications or design flaws and recommend corrective actions.

• Tackle unique or complex service issues with confidence and expertise.

• Create detailed service reports using an electronic mobile device.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, and fellow technicians.

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear proper company uniform.

• Safely perform all duties using appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Maintain company trucks, tools, equipment, and inventory in top condition.

• Follow all branch guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Freon Certification (EPA Section 608) preferred.

• Must own a complete set of tools suitable for refrigeration service.

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.

• Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting and working in various environments.

• Professional demeanor and excellent grooming required.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Willingness to stay current through training and industry seminars.
