Role Overview

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in commercial banking or commercial real estate lending, with hands‑on experience preparing loan summaries, credit analyses, and renewal recommendations. The role involves in-depth financial analysis of borrowers, guarantors, and underlying properties, active participation in CMHC‑insured loan reviews, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to support timely credit decisions and loan execution.
