We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Executive to join our high‑performing Investment Sales team based in our Melbourne East office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, strengthen and actively manage relationships with key account clients while maintaining a strong presence across the marketplace.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, potential clients and properties suitable for upcoming campaigns.
- Assess and analyse the sales potential of assets using established valuation methodologies and market research.
- Drive the pursuit of new appointments, fostering both existing and emerging client relationships with a focus on long‑term revenue generation and repeat business for Colliers.
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales and marketing campaigns, including signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, digital content, and site inspections.
