Role & responsibilities


1) Sourcing and understanding a clients detailed space requirements.

2) Revenue generation through sales of retail and office spaces at multiple projects through commercial sales team.

3) Explore value proposition and evaluate offers / discounts for slow moving / non-performing assets in inventory to achieve the desired sales velocity.

4) Formulated heads of terms, dealt in negotiations and closure of transaction.

5) Liaise with channel partners, IPCs and local real estate agents to source leads.

6) Competitor analysis to keep abreast with the real estate market happenings. Preparing detailed competition presentation for the projects.

7) Maintain healthy relation with all the stake holders like the Landlords, Channel Partners, etc.

8) Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
