**Commercial Sales Support Supervisor (Shared Services)**
The Supervisor, Commercial Sales Support will be based in Monterrey Mexico and is responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. The role is a player/coach with primary responsibilities to include supervising the Specialists team to support quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing and customer onboarding. Supervisor will ensure appropriate coverage during operating hours, support the Specialists team with training and adherence to company policies and procedures. Must be proficient in English. The team will support customers throughout all North American time zones Monday through Friday, occasionally working weekends.
