Job Description

The role

To strategically manage the Home Claims and Assessing portfolio of contractual agreements and supplier relationships, ensuring legal and commercial integrity, optimising performance, mitigating risks, and fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver on business objectives and drive continuous value.

This position works closely with the Home Claims & Assessing teams, Legal, Risk and IT departments to ensure that the panel of providers meets all the business’s financial, service, operational and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor, supplier, and service agreements to secure favourable terms.
