Job Description – Commis II & Commis III

Industry: Café / Restaurant
Location: Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana

Position 2: Commis II

Salary Budget: Up to 25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:



Assist in food preparation as per café standards and recipes


Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations


Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation


Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations as per FSSAI norms


Handle basic cooking tasks independently


Assist in inventory handling and stock rotation


Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times



Requirements:



Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a café or restaurant kitchen


Basic knowledge of continental/café menu


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
