- Assist CDP/Head Chef in preparation and cooking of continental dishes (starters, mains, grills, pasta, salads, sauces).
- Handle mise en place: cutting, chopping, marination, basic sauces and salads as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation, follow FSSAI/food safety norms.
