The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast lunch & dinner. The menu has been created by well‑known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold‑pressed juices and signature cocktails.

We are expanding our team in the Kitchen and seeking a professional experienced Commi Chef to support the Head Chef across all areas of this fast‑paced kitchen.

This role offers flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

About You

• You have a culinary qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
