Summary:
- Baking/ Frosting

- 44 hours/ week
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of desserts and baked goods—including cakes, pastries, and confections—while adhering to company recipes and process standards
- Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients for daily production
- Perform cake icing and decoration with attention to detail and creativity
- Operate baking equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients in compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete all orders accurately and on time
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef
