About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and talented Commis Chef – Bakery to join our dynamic culinary team at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. In this role, you will assist in preparing high-quality bakery items, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the Chef de Partie and other team members in daily operations.
