As our Commis Chef with the Breakfast Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring a section of the kitchen is organised and operates efficiently and productively, as well as ensuring that all service and brand standards are met. Other duties include, but not limited to:

  • Bring the “Passion for Excellence” to every service, delivering dishes with flair, precision, and true Sofitel elegance.
  • Deliver warm, personalised service through food, ensuring every guest experiences the “Essence of Pleasure.”
  • Embody the spirit of French hospitality with a confident, proactive “can-do” attitude in every task.
  • Execute all duties efficiently and on time, supporting seamless banquet operations.
  • Maintain immaculate workstations, upholding the highest hygiene standards and ensuring zero cross-contamination.
