Overview

We are looking for a Commis Chef to support kitchen operations by preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of dishes, including Asian, pizza, sushi, and dessert items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work stations.
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
  • Support inventory management and stock control.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or certificate (or equivalent)
  • Hands‑on experience in basic cooking techniques and any specialty area such as Chinese cooking, pizza, sushi, or bakery.
