Overview
We are looking for a Commis Chef to support kitchen operations by preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of dishes, including Asian, pizza, sushi, and dessert items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work stations.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or certificate (or equivalent)
- Hands‑on experience in basic cooking techniques and any specialty area such as Chinese cooking, pizza, sushi, or bakery.
