  • Ensures the maintenance of clean and sanitary kitchen areas by supervising stewarding staff, and to actively work in Stewarding
  • Assigns the steward team to their areas, and updates on any special cleaning
  • Plans and develops structured cleaning schedules for all areas of the business and manages accordingly
  • Ensures all available resources are provided for the stewarding team and that the maintenance of this equipment is managed
  • Follows up on assignments, and makes sure tasks are completed in by deadlines and in a quality manner
  • Issues cleaning supplies to stewards, checks the usage, and makes adjustments when necessary
  • Schedules and completes a daily floor walk of the full business, taking detailed notes for follow up

Qualifications

Previous experience required
