What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes
- Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Prepping, portioning, and organising ingredients to support the production of menu items
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
