dnata Catering UK are actively seeking a Commis Chef to join our already successful and vibrant team at Newcastle airport. As a Commis Chef you will play a pivotal role in developing and producing meals for first, business and economy class passengers. This role is central to our services, allowing us to fulfil our mission of delivering the promises we make to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of quality meals to specification standards
  • Assisting other chefs in the kitchen with general duties
  • Working as part of a team in a customer‑centric environment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices
