We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Pastry Department in the role of Commis Chef!



In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team
  • Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen

    • About you

    You’ll bring the following:

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Similar experience as a Pastry Commis Chef
  • Experience in high end volume operations including buffet, events, plated deserts & retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Qualifications

    Certificate 3 in Patisserie
