Job Description

Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards.

Responsible for the completion of the cleaning schedule for the kitchen.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the food hygiene.

Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines.

Ensure food produced to highest standards and within restaurant’s specification.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks arising from operational requirements.

Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment.

Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Knowledgeable of different types of cuisine.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
