Commis Chef


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute dishes from your assigned section with precision, consistency, and high presentation standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in mise en place, service, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards according to SFA and internal SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
  • Participate in daily prep, service, and post-service duties with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Receive and store deliveries properly, maintaining stock rotation and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a refined or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Basic knife skills and understanding of mise en place systems.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure....
