Summary:

You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and upholding the highest culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of exquisite dishes according to menu specifications, incorporating elements of French and Japanese cooking techniques.
  • Perform daily mise en place, ingredients preparation and assist with plating & presentation of dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring ingredient freshness and minimizing waste through proper stock control.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, following proper procedures for food handling, storage, and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance operations, contributing ideas for menu development, cost control, and process optimization.
