COMMIS DE BAR

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de bar.

Main responsabilities:

Carries out normal bar counter work, with the exception of mixed drinks;
Is responsible for cleaning the bar, utensils and equipment;
Takes orders from customers and takes them to the barman for preparation;
Prepares coffees and cappuccinos;
Prepares and serves food and drinks;
Welcomes customers;
Complies with the main food hygiene regulations;

Requirements:

• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships


• Knowledge of the English lenguage


• Previous experience in luxury hotels
