**Main responsibilities include:**



+ Supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing the mise en place and ensuring a clean, organized workstation at all times;

+ Maintaining professional, respectful, and ethical interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and guests;

+ Demonstrating a proactive team spirit and actively contributing to a culture of cooperation and mutual support;

+ Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including fridge temperature checks, proper food labeling, station sanitation, and appropriate use of cleaning and hygiene products;
