COMMIS DE RANG

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang.

Main responsabilities:

Organising the restaurant's mise en place;
Cleaning equipment and tables;
Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge;
Handling the bill and the till (if required);
Handling dishes at the buffet (if present);
Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone;
Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen;

Requirements:

• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships


• Knowledge of the English lenguage


• Previous experience in luxury hotels
