  • Follow established recipes and prepare mise en place accurately to ensure the highest quality and consistency of our exceptional 5-star cuisine for our guests.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative recipes to continuously enhance our culinary offerings.

  • Adhere strictly to food hygiene, health, and safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of both guests and team members.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment, including daily stock control and accurate cleaning records.

  • Actively participate in kitchen briefings and hotel meetings as directed by your supervisor, supporting effective team communication.

  • Promptly report any issues or concerns to your supervisor and consistently seek opportunities to improve processes and performance.
