Follow established recipes and prepare mise en place accurately to ensure the highest quality and consistency of our exceptional 5-star cuisine for our guests.
Contribute fresh ideas and innovative recipes to continuously enhance our culinary offerings.
Adhere strictly to food hygiene, health, and safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of both guests and team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment, including daily stock control and accurate cleaning records.
Actively participate in kitchen briefings and hotel meetings as directed by your supervisor, supporting effective team communication.
Promptly report any issues or concerns to your supervisor and consistently seek opportunities to improve processes and performance.
