Job Purpose

This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen, according to the standards set by the Management.                                 

Primary Responsibilities

Operation

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of Arabic dishes (hot and cold mezza, grills, stews) with consistent quality, taste, and presentation
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern spices, herbs, and cooking methods.
  • Design, test, and implement traditional and modern Arabic recipes, including creating daily specials.
  • Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them.
