The Commis I, will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of high-quality chocolate and bakery products, pastries, and desserts in accordance with Aubree Haute Chocolateries' standards. The role involves supporting the kitchen team, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of chocolate-based products, bakery products, desserts, and pastries.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the companys quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company and food safety regulations.
