We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis II- Continental to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes and will work closely with the senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes as per the restaurant's standards
  • Assist the senior chefs in the preparation of meals and manage food preparation stations
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management
  • Participate in menu planning and development under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques
