  • Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
  • Assist the Pastry Chef in daily operations of the pastry kitchen
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistent results
  • Operate and maintain pastry equipment and tools
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling practices are followed
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dessert menus
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
