Join our culinary team as a Commis II (Pastry) in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient pastry professional to assist in creating delectable desserts and pastries for our esteemed guests.
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Assist the Pastry Chef in daily operations of the pastry kitchen
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistent results
- Operate and maintain pastry equipment and tools
- Ensure proper food storage and handling practices are followed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dessert menus
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
