Assistpreparation of ingredients,saucesand various dishes relevant to recipes ensuring Four Seasons consistency and quality.
Conduct regular inventorychecks;ensuring ingredients are up to quality standard,properly storedandused appropriately.
Support kitchen staff through efficient food production andtimelyservice.
Prepare assigned workstations prior to service hours, ensuringnecessarytools are readily available.
Support the Four Seasons’ sustainability goals by minimizing food waste and conductingappropriate disposalof kitchen waste.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Degree/diploma inculinaryarts/hotelmanagement.
