  • TheCommisIIis an essential member of the culinary team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests

  • Assistpreparation of ingredients,saucesand various dishes relevant to recipes ensuring Four Seasons consistency and quality. 

  • Conduct regular inventorychecks;ensuring ingredients are up to quality standard,properly storedandused appropriately.

  • Support kitchen staff through efficient food production andtimelyservice.

  • Prepare assigned workstations prior to service hours, ensuringnecessarytools are readily available.

  • Support the Four Seasons’ sustainability goals by minimizing food waste and conductingappropriate disposalof kitchen waste.

  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree/diploma inculinaryarts/hotelmanagement.

  • 2years of experience in a similar positionwithaluxuryhotel or resort.
