Looking for Commission-Based Sales Representatives β Home, Electronics & Kitchen Appliances (B2 B)
Who weβre looking for:
β Ex-sales reps / distributors / field executives
β Strong local retailer connections (electronics, kitchen, interiors)
β Ability to get confirmed orders only (no cold selling)
What you do:
β Visit retailers
β Take confirmed orders (Direct payments. No-credits).
β Ensure order delivery
What we offer:
β 2% commission on realised sales
β Weekly / bi-weekly payout
β No targets, no pressure

The Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized retail and wholesalers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, promoting product solutions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales campaigns. The role also involves market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Strong Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends in the electronics and lifestyle industry
- Clear and professional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Marketing concepts and strategies is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility and self-motivation to work in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the Electronics or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
