Job Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Commission Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR will focus on identifying and reaching out to potential insurance buyers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for brokerages. Daily tasks include conducting outbound calls, engaging with past and prospective clients, nurturing potential leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales-driven goals. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding the client base and contributing to increased revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and strong ability to identify and qualify prospects
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain professional interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding targets
