Company Background:

We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently hiring for a Commission Operation Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily finance operations related to commission processing.
  • Handle accounts receivable, account payable, ensuring accurate and timely posting of receipts and payments.
  • Review daily commission reports and ensure accuracy generated by provider.
  • Process payment (Cheques/ Giro/ PayNow/ bank transfer).
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation payments and receipts.
  • Support system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with audit, tax matters, and ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Finance or relevant field
