Overview

The role is accountable for ensuring the team is provided with and understands a clear plan to deliver on their responsibilities. It requires collaborating with leads to provide deliverables on time, in full, and to standard, all in a safe working environment. The commissioning engineer needs to be a supportive and visual leader, enabling the teams to reach their full potential.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and take ownership of vessel specification and contract GA
• Review planning deliverables - build strategy/site plan/waterfall chart/P6 schedule/Resource Plan
• Review supply chain deliverables – MTO/EOL/Subcontractor Activities
• Review project deliverables – ITP/Vessel Housekeeping Plan/Zone Milestones
• Review design schedule/deliverables
