**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
+ Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for data center projects
+ Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation from design through turnover
+ Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors to align commissioning scope and expectations
+ Lead commissioning meetings with the team
+ Oversee functional performance testing of critical systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and life safety
+ Review design documents and submittals for operational readiness
+ Track and resolve commissioning issues, deficiencies, and punch list items
+ Ensure integrated systems testing is executed safely and successfully
+ Support training of owner’s operations staff and development of O&M documentation
+ Verify systems meet uptime, redundancy, and performance requirements
+ Manage a smooth transition from construction to operations
**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 5+ years of experience in building commissioning or mission-critical construction
+ Hands-on experience commissioning data centers
+ Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
+ Experience with integrated systems testing and turnover processes
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
+ Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Construction Management, or related field
