Commissioning Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre

• Hyperscale Data Centre Projects 

Our client is a well-known Tier 1 Commercial Builder and a key player within the Victorian Data Centre construction sector.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to secure an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager for ongoing projects in the Western & Northern suburbs. This is a full-time position with the business.

Candidates from Main Contracting or Tier 1 Mechanical or Electrical contracting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of building services across hyperscale data centre projects
• Managing and witnessing testing, commissioning, and handover processes
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client teams
• Reviewing documentation, test plans, and commissioning procedures
• Supporting defect resolution and operational readiness

About You:

• Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Sound understanding of Mechanical and Electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
• Background in data centres, critical environments, or complex commercial / Infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team
