Insight Global is looking for a Commissioning Specialist to join their team for a project to build an onboarding playbook for a client. The Commissioning Specialist will leverage deep expertise in power plant commissioning processes to serve as the content authority for building an onboarding platform. This role ensures that critical operational procedures, system overviews, and safety practices are accurately captured and translated into practical, user-friendly materials aligned with company's standards. Acting as the subject matter expert, the Commissioning Specialist will validate technical accuracy and guide writers in creating content that reflects real-world practices.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience in commissioning large power generation projects (BESS, Solar, Wind, ect)
• Strong understanding of commissioning workflows, operational standards, and safety compliance.
• Ability to validate technical documentation for accuracy and usability based on field practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving commissioning challenges in real-world environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with writers and subject matter experts. • Experience with process improvement solutions
