Job Description
The Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for executing all activities related to the pre-commissioning and commissioning of a complete plant unit. The role ensures that all operations are carried out in full compliance with quality standards HSE regulations and project procedures.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop detailed pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in line with project requirements and under the guidance of the Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Superintendent.
- Perform field verification of DAC (Discipline Acceptance Certificates) and prepare related commissioning punch lists as per the instructions of the Commissioning Manager.
- Ensure the proper execution of all pre-commissioning activities such as:
- Flushing and blowing
- Reinstatement of piping components and local instruments
- Leak testing
- Motor and machinery run-in
- Static equipment inspection and cleaning
